    Aim of this diploma thesis is to describe possible establishment of new textile company. The work contains requirements associated with founding new company. Business plan is presented, as well as insight into the current state of the textile industry in the Czech Re-public. The thesis contains detailed description of main raw materials and manufacturing processes. In addition there are given details on obtaining the loans, government subsidies or grants from the EU. It is shown, how the financial plan could look like and what other activities are possible for the company to deal with to ensure maximum prosperity.
