    The first part of this document solves problems of shearing in general. There are brief characteristics of forces occuring when shearing. There are calculations and other means to define every variable listed. In the second part there is an ilustration of a practical procedure when constructing a procedural shearing machine for a particular component. This part is a summary of constructive procedures that are necessary to be held when developing a procedural shearing machine. A reader can get knowledge of a whole procedure including a cut-in plan, constructional elments and deficiencies detected by testing of a shearing machine.
