    The bachelory work described theoretically problems of Prison office in the Czech Republic in the sphere of execution of a punishment imprisonment with speciallization in problems of prisoners employment. It concerned by legislative embedded of execution of a punishment imprisonment in law system of the Czech Republic, activities of Prison office in the area of prisoner sociallization with the view of programme about working prisoners in conclusion. Two fundamental parts made this work. Theoretical part which described execution of a punishment imprisonment thanks to proccesing and presentation of professional sources. Practical part processed statistical data on the basis of information sources from the area of growing employment of prisoners and analysed percentage increase in the prisoner employment area. On the basis of questionnaire saving the work determined the point of view entrepreneurial and other subjects in possibility to employ prisoners from the execution of a punishment imprisonment. After it, the bachelory work delimitated motivation factors for entrepreneurial and other subjects and suggested solution for increase of entrepreneurial and other subjects interests to employ prisoners from the execution of a punishment imprisonment.
