    The bachelor work deals with drug abuse by the pupils form eighth and ninth classes on one of the elementary schools in Liberec. We purposed hypothese: - children who comes from the broken homes more frequently abuse the drugs than the childern from responsible family. - childern who comes from the broken homes remiss in school duites moare often than the childern from responsible family. Part 1 describes the brief history of drugs in the Czech Republic explains the sorts of drugs and rises and causes of drug dependence. We also describe the possibilities of prevention drug abuse. In Part 2 - the practical part we describes our research. We recognised the experiences of children from eighth and ninth classes elementary school with drugs. We describe there the results of our research. We wanted to describe the the situation of durg abuse with childern.

    Spolupráce v sociálně-právní ochraně dětí

    Diplomová práce se zabývá prací na oddělení sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit jaká je spolupráce mezi oddělením sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a školami jako výchovnými institucemi. Dále bylo potřeba zjistit, zda je vůbec potřeba školské sociální práce z pohledů OSPOD a učitelů. V teoretické části práce vysvětluje institucionalizaci v sociální práci, vysvětluje čtenáři sociálně-právní ochranu dětí, poukazuje na služby pro rodiny a žáky, a vysvětluje co je školská sociální práce. Empirická část je zaměřená na analýzu získaných dat. Tyto data byla získaná rozhovorem s návodem a analýzou spisové dokumentace. Cílem celého šetření bylo zjištění, jak vnímají sociální pracovníci OSPOD spolupráci mezi školami a zjištění názorů sociálních pracovníků na školskou sociální práci.
