- ItemProjekt rozšíření a dostavby tenisových dvorců Slovanu Liberec(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2006-01-01) Seifert, Jan; Suchomel, AlešThe principle aim of this thesis is to evaluate a feasability study which involves the annexation of two tennis courts and a tennis hall on empty available space at the tennis club in the Slovan Liberec area. The work covers tennis history, tennis club analysis by the SWOT analysis, an analysis of the market in Liberec, and the marketing strategy. The project contains technical support with regard to both construction company and material suppliers selection, the club economics including operating results for the year 2005, and material input and its security. The work further addresses project location and its environmental impact, organizational setup, and an operational model which includes new capabilities for innovative developments. The work aslo covers the financial and economic security of the project, and lastly, a charted plan of project implementation. The recommendation to the club is the annexation of two tennis courts based upon minimal investment of its own resources and a return of investment within three years. Annexation of the air-inflated tennis hall is not recommended by virtue of its high imput investment.

- ItemStudie proveditelnosti výstavby sluneční elektrárny v České republice(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2009-01-01) Seifert, Jan; Strnad, PavelThe diploma thesis is focused on the possibility to build a photovoltaic power plant, which would contribute at least a tiny contribution to improving the environment and at the same time served as the business plan. The first chapter deals with the conditions for the emergence of solar power plants in the Czech Republic and both legislative as well as selecting the most suitable supplier of photovoltaic panels. The second chapter deals with the possibility of financing the project. It examines the appropriate choice of their own funding or foreign sources. In this chapter, set out in detail all the costs of concerns with the project. The third chapter is focused on the most appropriate selection of land, where many aspects decide. For example, location, or the inclination. The fourth chapter consists of a SWOT analysis, which shows the weaknesses of the project, the risks associated with the project, but also the advantages and opportunities associated with this project. The fifth and final chapter is focused on a return of investment. This chapter will decide if the project is viable or not.
