    The graduation thesis "ČEZ Customer Service, Ltd. - transition from care to sale" is concerned with the transformation of customer care company into the full retail channel. The goal of the thesis is in the first section to familiarize the reader with the ČEZ Group, and in particular, with its subsidiary company ČEZ Customer Services, Ltd. The second part is to inform the preparation of the project CEZ Gas Retail, a sub-component of the project Sales Channels, introduced in the third chapter of the work. From the information obtained in chapter 2 and 3 based the fourth chapter, which includes the preparation and implementation of the action to sale of natural gas, showed readers to specific customer service center, including evaluation. The final part is devoted to proposals for further measures to promote the sale of natural gas.
