    Animační programy jedinců s mentálním postižením

    This bachelor paper is engaged in the analysis of an animation programs. It´s subject is to answer the question what animation programs are usually offered to the clients of social works institutions. The aim is deeper knowledgement of quality, specialization and successive influence of these programs. The theoretical part contains determination of the conception {\clq}qdispersonalisation individual`` and {\clq}qcephalonia``, furher it describes the elements influencing the animation programs and animation programs within the frame of inpatient treatment. The practical part is targeted on the interviewing, which has the aim to chart the offered animation programs. By the method of empirical inquiry through the use of questionnaire it was made an iquiry at 60 informants from 4 social works institutions, if it is or is not the choice of animation programs narrow and if the preponderance of animation programs compose of ergotherapy activities. The result showed, that the selection of animation programs in the individual institutions is very wide with the majority part of ergotherapy activities. The main contribution is the findings, that the programs bring to the clients joy and delight un good made work, which can bring the joy also to the others.

    Bakalářská práce popisovala systém pomoci v hmotné nouzi, jako jeden z nástrojů, pomáhající zabránit sociálnímu vyloučení obyvatel. Ukázala přínos dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi, ale také jejich limity. Zjišťovala možné hledisko na příčiny a důsledky dlouhodobého pobírání sociálních dávek, zejména dávek hmotné nouze. Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na specifickou cílovou skupinu příjemců. Jejím cílem bylo představit dávkový systém a podrobněji vysvětlit vybrané segmenty, které jsou základními prvky systému. Vymezit legislativní rámec tématu a ukázat jeho postavení v rámci komplexního systému sociálního zabezpečení České republiky. Strukturu předkládané bakalářské práce tvořily, vedle úvodu, dvě stěžejní části. První část, teoretická východiska práce, popisovala systém pomoci v hmotné nouzi v teoretické rovině a pro názornost byly přiloženy kazuistiky z praxe. Empirická část byla formou průzkumu zaměřena na zjištění příčin, které klienty přivádějí k žádostem o sociální dávky. Dalším požadavkem byla analýza důsledků dlouhodobého setrvání ve stavu hmotné nouze. Uvedené kapitoly tvořily těžiště bakalářské práce. Práce je v závěru doplněna o doporučená opatření do praxe a seznam použitých zdrojů.

    Děti v ústavní péči

    Bakalářská práce sledovala problematiku dětí umístěných do ústavního zařízení. Samotnou práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která se zabývala právními normami, přiblížila druhy ústavních zařízení a formy náhradní rodinné péče. Další kapitoly byly věnovány postupům orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí při umísťování dětí do ústavní péče, syndromu CAN, rizikovým skupinám dětí a dospělých. Praktická část obsahovala stanovení předpokladů, charakteristiku výběrového souboru, použité metody práce a rozbor získaných informací. Předmětem této části bylo analyzovat chování dětí v dětských domovech, zjistit jaké jsou nejčastější důvody pro nařízení ústavní výchovy a v neposlední řadě byla práce zaměřena na psychologické aspekty a dopady ústavní péče na vývoj chování dětí. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat získání a zpracovaní názorů odborníků z praxe na umisťování dětí do ústavních zařízení.

    The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the behavior of violent people and those who are at risk of domestic violence.Domestic violence is a term used broadly in our society that must not be underestimated. Victims of violence seek the help of the police and social workers, the courts, but also of psychologists and physicians. Emergency help to victims of violence should be an effective interdisciplinary assistance.Structure of the work consists of theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part of the work meets the theoretical formulation of the issue laid down of domestic violence. It defines basic concepts, describes persons endangered by domestic violence and a violent person.The practical part is focused on answering the questions formulated within the established assumptions. The survey was designed to provide selected empirical findings concerning the difficulties of early detection of this dangerous phenomenon.The contribution should be to increase of public awareness of the issues and opportunities to help.

    Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice domácího násilí. V úvodu charakterizuje základní pojmy týkající se domácího násilí. Je zde nastíněna historie legislativního vývoje do současnosti společně s postupy, které může uplatňovat Policie České republiky. Konkrétně jsou uvedeny kontakty na pomáhající instituce v České republice. V závěru teoretické části je i kazuistika případu z praxe. Praktická část řeší statistická data v oblasti domácího násilí v Libereckém kraji v letech 2008 a 2009. Metodou otázky v řízeném rozhovoru se pokouší zjistit příčinu včasného neoznámení projevů domácího násilí. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do grafů. V závěru této bakalářské práce jsou navržena řešení, kterými by mohlo dojít ke snížení počtu pozdního oznámení domácího násilí.

    SummaryThe thesis discusses the issue of a dysfunctional family, relationships between family and foster care, thus the environment a child may be surrounded by and adversely affected by. Then follows comparison of functional families with dysfunctional families, prevention and assistance, and of course the consequences of inappropriate environment in which the individual grew up - criminal activities or punishment. The work also points out problems within the family environment as a starter for offending and various standards the individual has experienced. Also comparison of the type and nature of the committed crime. The work is divided into two main sections, the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part by drawing on expert resources are described and explained functions and problems of the family, pathology, family influences and help from the state, followed by restriction laws. The practical part explores through the study of the case files and questionnaire survey the effect of environment, family and the frequency - relapse and the nature of crimes committed by the convicts in the Prison Stráž pod Ralskem. Confirmation or disprove of the assumptions results in the proposed measures, prevention. The greatest contribution of the work may be to familiarise with the problems of dysfunctional families, view of the clients and the possibilities of resocialization.

    This thesis dealt with the community plan monitoring of Ralsko. The aim of this thesis was to ascertain the awareness of inhabitants Ralsko on social services and to map changes in social sectors and community planning. Whether the community planning of social services has improved situation of the inhabitants of Ralsko since the planning started.The work consisted of two main parts. Part of the theory, which uses expert sources defines the basic concepts related to community planning. The area and the composition of the population was also approached. Eventually the community plan of the city itself was introduced to readers.The practical part focused on answering the questions formulated within the assumptions. The awareness of residents about community planning of social services in the city and other needs for social services was examined through the questionnaire. Survey was attended by total of 87 respondents. The knowledge gained le to establishing the specific measures proposed for the further planning of social services in the city of Ralsko.Bachelor's work brought a number of interesting findings not only based on the evaluation of questionnaire examination but also by studying the current specialized literature.The subject of community planning and monitoring which serves as a tool to create well-being of all citizens of the city, can be considered as the greatest contribution of the work due to the issue.

    Kriminalita mládeže

    Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na problematiku příčin vzniku kriminality mládeže a její vývoj v letech 2000 až 2007. Cílem bylo popsat příčiny vzniku kriminality mládeže na základě studia spisové dokumentace a odborné literatury. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala a objasňovala pojem kriminalita, historický vývoj, druhy, příčiny a prevenci kriminality mládeže. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí policejních a vězeňských statistik vývoj kriminality mládeže v letech 2000 - 2007 a pomocí dotazníku byl proveden průzkum na základní a speciální škole, který směřoval k zjištění a zmapování nejčastějších příčin vzniku kriminality mládeže. Důležitým aspektem průzkumového šetření bylo zjištění, že primární prevence je v boji proti kriminalitě mládeže nejúčinnější. Jako největší přínos práce bylo možno považovat zjištění, že kriminalita mládeže nemá stoupající tendenci, jak bylo původně na počátku bakalářské práce předpokládáno.

    Kvalita života seniorů v domovech důchodců

    Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak dalece jsou senioři spokojeni s životem v domovech důchodců. Práce má dvě roviny. V teoretické části se zabýváme pojmem stáří a stárnutí, pohledem na seniora dnes a v minulosti. Dále zde byly popsány služby s širokou škálou aktivizačních programů, které mají za úkol zpříjemnit pobyt v residenčních zařízeních. Práce přiblížila nemoci seniorů pobývajících na odděleních zvláštního režimu. Empirická část se zabývá průzkumem kvality života seniorů v Domově důchodců Jablonecké Paseky a Domově důchodců Velké Hamry. Hlavní metodou pro průzkumové šetření byl dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Přínos práce lze spatřovat v získání poznatků o tom, zda lze zajistit kvalitní život seniorům, kteří již nemají možnost dožít svůj život ve svém domově.

    Majetková trestná činnost v České Lípě

    Summary: The aim of this thesis is to discuss problems of property criminal activity within the administrative order of the government police of the Czech Republic for the district of Česká Lípa in 2006. The theoretical part specifies the definition of property criminal activity and divides it into several cathegories; it also lists and explains the most commonly occuring property criminal delicts within the administrative order of the above mentioned department. One specific section of the theoretical part applies to prevention of criminal offences and the approach to it in the Czech Republic, the member states of the EU and in the world. This part also deals with a detailed explanation and definition of the criminal offence of theft which was divided according to various criteria and by course of subsections of corresponding laws; the attention is also paid to the problems of groups of property delicts commiting criminals and possible motivation of their behaviour. The practical part of the thesis focuses on verification of two assumptions established in advance and their evaluation. It deals with discussion of presentation of single criminal acts on property criminal activity as a whole and detection of repeatedly commited property criminal activity. The concluding part of the final project summarizes and evaluates all found out facts and the applicability of the thesis for theory and everyday life. The thesis is concluded by the list of suggested precautions.

    Možné příčiny kriminality chovanců Výchovného ústavu se školou v Chrastavě

    The bachelor work dealt with the problematic of crime causes of wards in the Educational institute with school in Chrastava. The goal of the work was to analyze possible causes of commitment of criminal offences of wards before they were placed in the educational institute, evaluate their structure and make recommendation in practise. The work consisted of two central parts. It was the teoretical part, which with help of processing and presentation of special sources made clear the criminal law level of youth criminality, their particularity and possible causes. The practical part found out with support of questionnaire attitudes of 31 wards in the Educational institute in Chrastava. The results indicated, that the most frequent cause for placement of young poeple in the educational institute is failure of upbringing with interrelation of unsuitable spending of leisure time in gang. The another danger factors, which contribute to failure of young individual are the alcohol and drugs, both in family and directly by individual. The results were directed at concrete suggested precautions in sphere of school, casework, health service and justice.

    The bachelor work analyses problems of foster care. The goal was to analyse the problems concerning foster care and also how is it viewed by applicants for foster care.The bachelor work consists of two crucial areas, theoretical and practical. The theoretical area describes with help of professional terms general forms of foster care, characterises process of mediating the foster care and clarifies the questions of legality.Practical area was aimed on field work, which was made by questionnaire of own construction. The questions were answered by 48 questioners, which submitted the application to put a minor to foster care. In practical area of the work were verified preconditions and handed in the results of survey including the suggestions to put them in practical use.The contribution of the bachelor work is getting to know basic procedures, methods and rules as well as some obstacles of given problem.

    The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of adoption and foster care. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the issues related to adoption and foster care, legislative approach to adoption and foster care and its history. The thesis also elaborates on preparation of applicants for adoption.The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretic part uses various professional resources to describe the term ?adoption and foster care?. The theoretical part also depicts applicants and courses for them being organized in Prague.The practical part is aimed at applicants, their motivation to adopt child, notions about the adopted child. By the means of the questionnaire it inquires for applicants? satisfaction with courses in Prague. Sixty-three respondents took part in the questionnaire inquiry. Respondents were applicants who applied adoption or foster care in Prague. Research part was based upon the previous analysis of secondary sources.The bachelor thesis brought some interesting insights based not only on the questionnaire inquiry but also on confirmation or refutation of assumptions which were given at the beginning of the work.The biggest contribution of this thesis to the discussed problem is introducing the phenomenon of adoption and foster care to the public as well as closer view on the applicants and their satisfaction with preparation courses for adoption and foster care.

    Ohrožené děti v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc

    Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na sociální práci s ohroženými dětmi v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Zkoumá, zda je pomoc v těchto zařízeních dětem přínosem a pokouší se zjistit jakým, v čem takový přínos spočívá jak pro ně samotné, tak i pro jejich rodinu. Zda se tento typ zařízení může opravdu považovat za alternativu ústavní péče v rámci náhradní rodinné péče a je-li vyhledávanou službou pro rodiny v krizové životní situaci. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo charakterizovat obsah činnosti sociální práce v konkrétním zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Dílčím, ale důležitým cílem této práce bylo specifikovat péči o děti v krizové situaci umístěné v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc (dále ZDVOP) Hvězdička v Jablonném v Podještědí a to v období od roku 2008 do roku 2013. Strukturu předkládané diplomové práce tvoří dvě části. Teoretická část shrnuje a popisuje dosavadní poznatky o rodině, vývojové psychologii dítěte, legislativě týkající se sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Další kapitoly se zabývají historií sociální práce až po její novodobé přístupy. Důležité jsou i podkapitoly, které se věnují sanaci rodiny, jako důležitému prostředí pro zdárný vývoj a výchovu dětí. Empirická část je věnována samotnému průzkumovému šetření, které směřuje do oblasti sociální práce v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Důraz je zde kladen na zmapování výsledků činnosti konkrétního zařízení. Přitom jako hlavní metoda je použita analýza sekundárních zdrojů a dotazování. Jako pomocná metoda, dodatečně určená pro průzkumové šetření, byla stanovena analýza dokumentace. Poznatky, které vyplynuly z této diplomové práce, charakterizují obsah sociální práce a její význam pro děti v krizových situacích, umístěných v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc.

    Bachelor thesis deals with perpetrators of domestic violence. The study is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to specialized terms from the perspective of various experts, brings the phenomenon of domestic violence, including the characteristics of its perpetrators. The study deals with the taskand objectives of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, which gets into direct contact with perpetrators of domestic violence. The practical part is devoted to the examiner unusual questionnaire survey method, which is presented to persons serving a prison sentence in Remand Prison in Liberec. The subject of this section is to analyze the behavior of perpetrators of domestic violence and assessresponsibility for violent behavior and criminal activities of another nature. At the end of the study are formulated recommendations obtained of the issue.

    Prevence drog ve věznici

    Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečnostními opatřeními k zabránění výskytu drog ve Věznici Horní Slavkov. Vymezuje trestní jednání v souvislosti s užíváním a nakládáním s drogami a zmiňuje historii užívání drog. Práce také prezentuje souvislost mezi užíváním drog a kriminalitou. Zabývá se významem bezdrogové zóny, monitoringem drog ve věznici, zejména ale popisuje kontroly a prohlídky, které jsou určené pro zabránění průniku drog do věznice. V praktické části jsme použili metodu analýzy dokumentace, která průběžně zpracovává nálezy všech drog a z metod prezentující dotazování jsme použili nestandardizovaný dotazník a rozhovor. Na závěr bakalářská práce navrhuje možnosti zefektivnění bezpečnostních opatření ve věznici.

    The Bachelor thesis dealt with the Subsistence Benefit. The aim of this thesis was mapping of using the state benefit, which was awarded in all degrees of dependence and depended on the assistance of another person. It was about the area Železný Brod, the municipality with extended powers. Further aim was finding if it was used for the purchase of social services both in the domestic surrounding as well as in facilities providing social services. Not least were findings, which way was it used by their recipients, whether it was ever used to provide securing self-care, which was the purpose and duties of this thesis, according to the Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services. The work was consisted by two key areas.The theoretical part described, based on the technical literature, social services before the adoption of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, further detail was devoted to the subsistence benefit. Subsequently it described ontogenesis of the gerontic age, whose individuals were the biggest part of recipients of the benefit.The practical part was focused of the researched sample of 50 respondents, the recipients of care allowance who were willing, based on non-standardized questionnaire, to provide the information in the exploratory investigation.The result of the work was finding, that the subsistence benefit was not only used to ensure self-care by their recipients but also for the purchase of field social services, albeit in a minimal extent.This bachelor thesis has brought interesting findings into the practice of using of social services.

    Problematika alternativních trestů v okrese Česká Lípa

    Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat problematiku alternativních trestů v okrese Česká Lípa. Zjistit, jaké typy alternativních trestů jsou ukládány v okrese Česká Lípa. Dále se naše práce zabývá postoji zúčastněných vůči alternativním trestům, především trestu obecně prospěšné práce, a jejich efektivitou z pohledu odsouzeného. Práci tvoří dvě stěžejní části, teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část, s pomocí odborných zdrojů, vysvětluje jednotlivé druhy alternativních trestů. Následně podrobně objasňuje z hlediska právního a společenského problematiku trestu obecně prospěšné práce v České republice a v některých evropských zemích. Praktická část je zaměřena na trest obecně prospěšné práce a jeho problematiku v okrese Česká Lípa. Tato část je realizována průzkumovým šetřením. Data jsou získána prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocena pomocí přehledných tabulek a grafů. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny předem stanovené cíle, posouzeny předpoklady práce a prezentována konkrétní navrhovaná opatření v oblasti trestu obecně prospěšné práce.
