    The "bachelor's work" comprised a SWOT analysis of a wedding dress business named "Diana," which is located in Jablonec nad Nisou. This business rents wedding garments for brides and bridegrooms and for others who are attending wedding ceremonies. The first step of the analysis involved research on the services offered by other wedding dress rental businesses in Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec so that Diana's competitive position in the market could be understood. In the second step of the analysis, brides' requirements and preferences of wedding dresses were studied. Based on the information derived from these studies, as well as on empirical knowledge of the garment business in general, I provided advice on what changes were needed for Diana's sales promotion.
