After studying the competitive web sites and literature the new web sites were created for the company and links were created in search engines. According to the benchmarking survey outcomes was developed a list of companies that could reach company KWL, s. r. o. as potential customers, and then the possible outlets, which have been neglected till now, were further defined. A short questionnaire concerning customer preferences for selecting new suppliers was created, and it was sent to a number of companies that may be potential processors of products of KWL, s. r. o. Introduction of the questionnaire was a short cover letter presenting the company with reference to the company web sites. In the manner the company is presented to potential customers on the czech market, which is the main purpose and aim of the whole work.
