    Hodnocení změny struktury povrchu nanovlákenných membrán během pracích cyklů

    In this thesis was tested efficiency of proposed method of nanofibre layer surface roughness evaluation. Set of three nanofibre layers with different levels of finishing was selected for testing. Testing was conducted on base of test in specimen?s resistance during washing cycles. Specimen?s surfaces were captured using TALYSURF CLI 500. Evaluation of surface roughness changes was based on observation of surface characteristics parameters and changes in their values in dependence on washing cycles. The results implies, that given method of surface roughness evaluation is not suitable for detecting changes in nanofibre layer surface, because it provides uninformative values. The resulting values of observed surface characteristics parameters were disordered and thus not providing trend of change in nanofibre layer surface roughness in dependence on washing cycles.
