    This graduation theses deals with the employee motivation in retail networks. It contains four chapters in which it deals with motivation and foreshadow possible consequences of the insufficient employee motivation, and whereas importance employee motivation with the positive effect on the company. The second chapter defines the concept {\clqq}motivation{\crqq} and describes the possibilities of the motivational activities in companies. In the third chapter are processed results of empirical research, which came true in choice in retail networks and results worked up into the tablets and pie charts. The last chapter deals with solving realized problems in the retail networks. It analyses realized deficiencies and suggests the concrete solutions.
