    The objective of the diploma thesis "Development of Forms and Techniques of Data Recording in Accounting, Comparison and Evaluation of Current Economic Systems for Accounting" is to find an economic information system for a particular company, because on the current market there are numerous software products for accounting data processing, but for today's organizations is still a difficult problem to choose the right one. To achieve the objective is in practical part made analysis of selected current economic systems, based on the requirements and situation of the selected company. This diploma thesis is a benefit to the practice not only because it provides recommendations of the most appropriate software for a given organization, but also gives other businesses a basic guide on how to search for a appropriate information system. Sub-objective of this work is to depict holistic view of the development of forms and techniques of recording accounting data. This matter is discussed in the theoretical part of the thesis, which maps management of accounting records since the beginning to the present form of bookkeeping.
