    Konstrukce a výroba malé DLP 3D tiskárny

    Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku konstrukce 3D tiskárny na fotopolymery. Výsledkem práce je navržení tiskárny o pracovním prostoru odpovídající 100 x 100 mm. V první části práce je stručný přehled metod Rapid Prototypingu využívajících ke 3D tisku fotopolymerů, včetně stavebních materiálů. V druhé části je provedena rešerše stávajících řešení 3D DLP tiskáren. V třetí poslední části je zpracováno nejvhodnější konstrukční řešení a uspořádání 3D tiskárny na fotopolymery s požadovanými parametry na velikost modelu.

    The thesis is focused on the issues of design and arrangement of gearbox with high gear ratio. The gearbox is designed for hand tightening technology-driven slat pneumatic motor. In the first part of the work search in Torque multipliers tightening technique is carried out. The second part deals with designing a suitable type of transmission. The third part contains the best solution of the structure of the transmission into a compact whole. The goal is to copy documents for the company DEPRAG CZ a.s.
