- ItemIntenzita pohybového zatížení ve vybraných metodicko-organizačních formách fotbalu(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2011-01-01) Krejčík, Aleš; Suchomel, AlešThe goal of the thesis was to determine the intensity of physical activity during five various methodically-organization forms of football among boys aged 12-13, on the basis of the measurement of their heart rates. The test group consisted of 8 pupils whose heart rate zones were determined on the basis of their HRmax and HRrest, which were determined by means of Leger test. The measurement, using a hear rate monitor (Polar RS800), and calculations determined pupils? average heart rates and the percentage of time periods spent in various heart-rate zones during the ?passing game?, football 4:4, 7:7 and 10:10. The duration of all the measured forms was 15 min. The comparison of the forms showed that the lowest intensity of physical activity is during football 10:10 (average 152+-11 beats.min-1; 82 % HRmax) and the highest itensity is during football 4:4 (average 172+-15 beats.min-1; 88 % HRmax). The energy costs were mainly covered by aerobic means during all the forms. The results show that with respect to the intensity of physical activity, 4:4 is the most suitable methodically-organization form of football for P.E. for pupils aged 12-13.
