    Optimalizace procesu sanace na ložisku Stráž

    The mining of uranium ore in the Stráž area was proceeded by two totally different methods. It was the conventional deep mining method and newly so-called chemical leaching method was used. Huge ecological weight originated on the Stráž deposit in consequence of thee chemical leaching operation - 4,9 mil. tons of contaminants in the subsurface aquifer. The remediation of ecological weight is a complex problem that is related to many branches of science. The special processes and the simulation tools were developed in DIAMO for finding of the optimal solution of the remediation process. Special mathematical simulation software is used in these variants. The procedure of searching for the optimal solution is described on two real remediation variants. Their results are compared according to the technological and economical evaluative criteria. The most successful scenario defines more effective technological procedure and it is chosen for another variant examination.
