    Motivační systém jako nástroj na snížení fluktuace ve vybrané firmě

    Presented thesis of employee motivation covers area of motivational theories, principles and approaches. Comparisons are being made between various theoretical approaches to employee motivation and situation within the bank. The existing motivational principles within the bank are also evaluated based on experience and feedback from practice. Presented paper illustrates that employee motivation is not limited to pay and other monetary benefits, working conditions, etc. but also to advancement, clear definition of work related goals and career path, access to relevant vocational training and fair, high quality employee evaluation. Emphasis is on the fact that employee motivational system must be tailored to the situation and to the organization and that key role plays the senior manager whose primary responsibility is to get things done through motivated and satisfied employees.
