    Monitorování základních elektrických veličin u vybraných metod odporového svařování.

    The diploma thesis is concerned with a realization of monitoring system which enables to measure the sensor-based data of the resistance spot welding. There are the main characteristics of the spot welding methods mentioned in the thesis as well as their physical principles and differences within the process depending on various kinds of basic materials. Fundamental disturbing effects, that influence the quality of spot welds, and methodical procedures of the evaluation of the quality of spot welds by destructive and nondestructive ways are described. The thesis offers a proposal of three alternatives for the measurement of sensor-based data of the resistance spot welding. The utility of the system is verified by monitoring of the effect of the growing abrasion of the electrodes on the time courses of electrical values of the welding process and on the quality of the welds.
