    Atraktivita penzijního připojištění se státním příspěvkem se zaměřením na zaměstnavatele

    This diploma thesis deals with an interest of the employers about utilization of pension insurance with state contribution as an alternative instrument in compensation. It maps pension system in general and role which the employer plays. It situates pension insurance in the Czech pension system and it describes the chance of the employers how to participate. Above all the diploma thesis analyses the main arguments, why this insurance is attractive for firms. The high favour among Czech employers exists in granting a contribution to an employee´s pension insurance. This interest is caused by some advantages, which are examined in detail in separate chapters. The diploma thesis provides comprehensive look on pension insurance with state contribution from employer´s point of view. It tries to bring general instructions for the firms which are dealing with pension insurance.
