The content of the practical part is an analysis of information of gathered data that result from the survey. The survey has been realized as a form of an interview and a questionnaire. The interview is focused on gathering information about the circumstances from the perspective of victims of stalking victimization. The interview was conducted with five respondents. A few proposions have been obtained from the available sample. The most important are two of them. The most common form of stalking is a partner stalking (also called as an ex-partner stalking) . The victims of this type haven?t any information, where to get advice about their problem. The questionnaire for general practitioners and the helping professions were chosen to complement an idea of a practical reflection of this new phenomenon. The results of the survey reveals gaps in awareness of professionals. The greatest contribution of the practical part is considered an alarming finding that workers in the helping professions are not adequately trained in this topic.
