    The bachelor thesis dissertates about selection of suitable shape of draw ring to achieve optimal puling force. First part of the thesis concentrates on theoretical knowledge from the sphere of wire, bar and profile drawing technology. The practical part of the thesis assesses basic mechanical characteristics of used materials and required pulling force by tryouts carried out by drawing wires through the draw ring. Every single draw ring is reviewed and the most suitable one is selected.
