    Kritická analýza skladového hospodářství ve firmě Yvett s.r.o.

    This bachelor thesis carries out the analysis of the inventory management with the aim to find possible improvement of input materials flow in the particular company. The first part deals with the theoretical analysis of logistics concepts and their role in the economy. After defining these terms the chapter concludes with focus on inventory management. The goal of this thesis is to present variants of solution for their optimalization after their detailed analysis. This suggestions will contain comparisons with the current state to highlight advantages of presented variants.I will chose the best and analyse the impact of the implementation. The conclusion of this thesis will evaluate the process of optimalization.
