    Konstrukce laboratorního přístroje pro molekulární diagnostiku

    This bachelor project is concerned in designing a experimental laboratory diagnostics centrifuge rotor, with the intention to design the rotor in a way that a multiple-segment cuvette could be utilized, this ensuring the diagnostic process automation. With regard to the demanded high rotor centrifugal force load the development is accompanied with checking calculations using the Pro/Mechanica program. The thesis epilogue is concerned in designing a traction unit ensuring rotary movement, with regard to sufficient rotor acceleration and reaching higher rotation speed.
