    This thesis deals with business of nongovernmental organizations focusing on the field of social entrepreneurship. The aim of this thesis is to compare the performance of the selected non-profit organization with standards of social entrepreneurship and to evaluate how well these standards. Introducy chapters are devoted to the definition of nonprofit organizations, their benefits, financing and development in terms of public support. Other chapters describe the area of social entrepreneurship, which represents the possibility for nongovernmental organizations to engage in other activities and within business. Is explored in detail the specific problems of the civic association Fokus Labe with its focus on employment and social services. In this thesis is outlined activities in the area social entreprise and designed to further its operation in terms of new legislation on the civic law.
