    This bachelor's work was focused on the issue of a family impact on the criminality of juvenile. It originated from the knowledge that both, a family environment and the parent's upbringing together can significantly influence a child's development, their behaviour and any potential criminal behaviour. This work consisted of two parts; Theoretical and practical. The theoretical part described the most frequent causes of a youth criminality and the most frequent type of criminal acts of young delinquents. Further more, it described in detail the impact of a family on a child and the importance of the family influence on its prevention. The practical part was based on a questionnaire to make a search of the family environment with 180 informants who were the clients of a curator of juvenile. These records have been confirmed by establishing the professional source. The family has a very significant impact on a child's behaviour and any their parents has proved to be the most effective measure to deal with this problem.
