    China has become a phenomenon of these days. It surprises the world by a great economic expansion. Due to its tradition China is found as a world on its own. This country having the largest amount of inhabitants and has reached up to the position of the strongest economy in the world. China is characterized by a different corporate environment that is based on traditional values of Chinese philosophy and thoughts. China is a country that has tried to combine communism and principles of a free market economy. China carries on with gradual opening to the rest of the world. Due to a Chinese diligence and a flow of foreign investments, the country has become one of the most important elements effecting all world economies. China offers great opportunities. If a company decides to cooperate with a Chinese partner, it will surely find out how specific partners they are. This essay shows the basic overview about an economical situation in China. There are also described relationships between China and the European Union and between China and other countries. I have also mentioned possibilietes how to enter the Chinese market, its opportunities and risks. In the last part of the essay I describe the facts I have experienced so far.
