The first part is focused on regional and structural policy at the European Union level as well as national level, its formation, evolution, tools and objectives, because its crucial role in process of regional disparities solving. Attention is paid to methodologies determining regions necessary to be supported in current programming period. Evolution of particular regions of the Czech Republic had various dynamics as well as different changes of economical structure, according to differentiation of several factors which influence the regional development depending on various initial conditions, location and urban development. The aim of the diploma thesis is to feature development trends in regional differentiation of social economical phenomena within the Czech Republic, to analyze the economically poor region chosen and to propose a concrete project which could eliminate negative factors and support the economical performance of the region including economical evaluation of investment efficiency and project sustainability.

Theoretical knowledge is applied to the concrete company. There is the company´s development, structure, the way of controlling and division of powers in this company explained in small and middle enterprise range. The practical part is focused on finding the optimal organization structure, which would contribute to better system transparency and enable further progress and expansion of the company. There is the effectiveness and economic contribution evaluated which the change of the organizational structure has brought.
