    This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the diagnostic of Hottest of vehicle engine 1,2 TSI on the assembly line. The theoretical part deals with the production of engine in the Skoda Auto inc. in Mlada Boleslav and its functional control during production on the assembly line. Based on the analysis of the current situation in the practical part of the proposed changes to the Hottest diagnosis leading to more accurate identification of an engine and examined the conditions for their introduction into production.

    Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem odvětrání klikové skříně zážehového motoru EA211 1,6l MPI 81kW. Teoretická část práce pojednává o základech a požadavcích kladených na systémy odvětrání klikové skříně. Na základě analýzy sériového motoru koncernu VW je v praktické části práce uveden návrh nového systému odvětrání klikové skříně včetně odlučovače oleje, umístěného ve víku hlavy válců.
