    Vliv teploty nástroje na tvářecí sílu při výrobě šroubů

    The aim of this bachelor's work is to review the temperature effect on the size of a draw-through power while drawing the wire through the draw ring. Theoretic part of this bachelor's work explains the theory for wires and poles drawing technology and introduces us the questions about screw-bolt manufacturing technology. The first part of the experiment was engaged in detection of basic mechanical attributes of used material by static draw test. The second part of the experimental measurement in this bachelor's work is focused on setting the size of medium draw-through power by laboratory testing of putting wire through a draw ring.

    Vliv výpočtového modelu na přesnost numerické simulace

    The aim of this thesis is to determinate the influence of the material model on the numerical simulation accuracy at PAM-STAMP 2G, to compare both material models (the Hill 48 material model and the Vegter material model) and to confront them with the real experiment. Theoretical part of this thesis explains the theory that involves a cars weight reducing, aluminium and its alloys, sheet metal formability (mainly basic and technological testing methods). The theory also introduces principles of photogrammetry using in a mechanical engineering, the membrane analogy and numerical simulations. In experimental part of this thesis is described the process, evaluation of both carried out testing methods and evaluation of a forming process numerical simulations.
