    Based on available resources and the practical conclusion, the diploma thesis identifies and describes how to actually apply the systemic approach and how to work with elements of systemic constellations in teaching practice for personal growth of a pupil.The theoretical part focuses on mapping the origin and development of the systemic approach and constellations and acquainted more closely with their types and patterns. It also presents a systemic approach and constellations as a full-fledged method of working with students, mentions its pros and cons and highlights the interconnectedness of the elements of the educational process, namely school, teachers and a pupil with his family.The practical part introduces experiences of teachers, who apply the systemic approach and constellations into a common school practice.
