    This thesis is focused on innovation of swing drilling machine SPL RVR. The opening part is dedicated to a brief meeting with product manufacturer, with the company SKLOPAN and with the product itself. Also the requests for the innovation of the given product were identified further. These requests were classified by using affine diagram. The most frequently mentioned options for product´s improving were - to make easier the targeting drill holes, the economic analysis of the sliding support and the strength and stiffness increasing of the support arm drill heads. To achieve those goals the individual structural components and technological processes, which allow the fulfilment of the requests, were adjusted and designed. The strength analysis was performed on the drill heads carrying arm. The emphasis was put on the use of innovative engineering?s methods during the draft.

    Metodika přípravy vzorků legovaných aluminidů železa pro metalografickou analýzu

    This thesis is focused on optimizing the preparation of metallographic samples of iron aluminides with using of various etchants for different alloys (mainly Fe-Al-C, Fe-Al-Ti, Fe-Al-Zr). The highlight of their structure, grain boundaries, matrix and phases was watched. The focus is primarily on the accuracy metallographic sample preparation. Samples will be examined under different conditions using polarized light and nopolarized and different angle of incidence of light. Etching of the samples are compared with OPS and Master 2 with using of different types of synthetic discs.
