    The dissertation is engaged in the juvenile delinquency problems. The theoretical part mentions the basic terms and the elements causing the juvenile delinquency. The practical part inspects the dominance of each element. Twenty respondents causing the juvenile delinquency in the Semily area in 2009 were inspected. The count and the structure of the juvenile delinquency caused by them in the Semily area in 2009 is also inspected. Every kind of this behaviour is pointed for a better understanding. The results of the dissertation can be used as the prevention of the juvenile delinquency as well as for the pedagogy purposes.
