    Implementace informačního systému SQS v závodech na Ukrajině a v Rusku

    Expansion of Skoda Auto a.s. on the eastern markets brings with it the need for implementation of information systems in foreign factories. Effective implementation is the key challenge for managers of information systems with regard to the requirements of the lowest possible cost, speed of implementation and smooth functioning of the information system. In this thesis the author provides a theoretical insight into the effective implementation of an information system with regard to the specifics of the country. There will be shortly presented the company Skoda Auto a.s., information system SQS and it´s role in the field of quality management. The author examines the practical implementation into the factories in Ukraine and Russia and analyzes how users use the system. In the last part of the thesis, the author presents his proposals for the optimization of the information system, based on the author's own experiences in the factories and in consultation with the managers of the Skoda Auto a.s..

    Přínos osobnostní a sociální výchovy k utváření vztahů v dětském oddílu

    Předmětem této bakalářské práce je ověření přínosu lekcí osobnostní a sociální výchovy při utváření vztahů v dětském oddílu. První kapitola popisuje cílovou skupinu z hlediska vývojové psychologie. Dále vymezuje osobnostní a sociální výchovu, její obecné cíle, témata, metody a postupy a jejich využití ve skautském hnutí. Druhá kapitola se již zabývá praktickým programem pro konkrétní skupinu, charakteristikou této skupiny i jejich jednotlivých členů a specifikací potřeb skupiny z pohledu osobnostní a sociální výchovy. V závěru se pak práce zabývá vyhodnocením přínosu tohoto programu pro danou skupinu.
