Porovnání užitných vlastností funkčních oděvů pro sportovní aktivity

Abstract

V diplomové práci byl hodnocen fyziologický komfort sportovních triček s různým materiálovým složením. Byly testované vybrané fyziologické vlastnosti triček jako prodyšnost, propustnost vodních par, tepelně izolační vlastnosti. Objektivní měření spočívalo v zátěžovém testu v jízdě na cyklistickém trenažéru. Zátěžový test se skládal z 30 min jízdy na cyklistickém trenažéru a 10 min relaxace. Byla použita sada senzorů, které v průběhu zátěžového testu zaznamenávala teplotu a vlhkost na pokožce těla probanda a na povrchu trička. Nově byly sledované fyzikální parametry v zátěžovém testu nejenom u muže, ale i u ženy. V průběhu zátěže byly pomocí dotazníku zaznamenány subjektivní pocity vnímání komfortu. Volbou trička byla ovlivněná hodnota teploty a vlhkosti na pokožce těla i na povrchu trička. V zátěži se vlhkost pohybovala až kolem hodnoty 90 %. Výsledky ukázaly, že produkce tepla a vlhkosti se u muže a ženy lišily a to mělo vliv na subjektivní vnímání komfortu při zátěžové aktivitě. Teplotně žena jako komfortní uvedla tričko 100% bavlnu, vlhkostně tričko 100% polypropylen. Muž teplotně komfortní pocity měl u trička 100% polyester a vlhkostně komfortní pocity měl u trička ze 100% polypropylenu.

The master thesis evaluated the physiological comfort of sports T-shirts with different material composition. Selected physiological properties of T-shirts like breathability, water vapor permeability, thermal insulation properties were tested. Objective measurements consisted of a cycling exercise load test. The load test consisted of a 30 minutes ride on a cycling simulator and 10 minutes of relaxation. A set of sensors were used to record the temperature and humidity on the skin of the body and on the surface of the T-shirt. Physical parameters which occurred during the stress test were newly recorded for men and women. During the exercise, subjective feelings of comfort were recorded using a questionnaire. The choice of T-shirt was influenced by the temperature and humidity on the body skin and on the T-shirt surface. In the load, the humidity was around 90 %. The results showed that heat and moisture production is different between men and women, this affected the subjective perception of comfort during exercise activity. In terms of temperature comfort, the woman has chosen the 100% cotton T-shirt, in terms of humidity comfort, she chose the 100% polypropylene T-shirt. In question of temperature comfort the man chose a T-shirt that consisted of 100% polyester. In terms of humidity comfort the man picked the T-shirt made of 100% polypropylene.
